Their parent(s) refuse to leave Britain when legally told. They prefer to abuse the rights of their children by taking them into Dungavel, Yarl's Wood etc. as they did when they uprooted and dragged their children through safe countries to claim asylum in the UK. Any act of inhumanity on the children is carried out by their parents who refuse to take them back to their own countries. The children of FAILED asylum seekers do not have to be detained.
